Seaside Resort is situated on a white sandy beach and located in the middle of Estero Island, Ft. Myers Beach, Florida. It is close to everything fun like golf courses, championship tennis clubs, marinas, fishing, charter and leisure boat rentals, shopping centers, and a movie theater.

* Check in time 4 p.m. during winter season and holidays, 3 p.m. all other times.
* Check out time 10 a.m.
* Rates based on occupancy up to four persons.
* Five or six person occupancy is an additional $10 per person, per day

* DEPOSIT: A two-night deposit is required within 10 days of booking to guarantee a reservation.
* FULL PAYMENT is required 14 days prior to arrival
* CANCELLATION: 30 days notice prior to arrival is required for a full deposit refund.
* Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will be subject to a two-night deposit penalty.
